Shipping Terms and Conditions

    Because most of our parts are custom made to order, we keep very few parts in stock. We make everything in house right in our shop located in the USA. We are doing our best to fill orders as quickly as we can, but for the most part, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery on all orders.
    Please inspect product immediately upon receipt of shipment. Any damage after leaving our shipping department is the responsibility of the carrier; report it to your carrier immediately. All products have individual flat rate shipping fees, which are subject to change without notice.


International Orders:
All orders must be paid for in U.S. dollars. Payments can be made by paypal, money order, or cashiers check in advance of shipping merchandise. Nash Motorcycle Company LLC is not responsible for the duties and taxes when shipping internationally. We no longer allow any returns or refunds on products. We are just a small shop trying to make it in a big world. We have had too many people taking advantage of our return policy so we will no longer be accepting any returns or refunds whatsoever. Any returns will not be accepted. There is absolutely no refunds at all. Once the product is ordered, the product is yours. We understand special circumstances and we will take this into account if you would like to discuss something like this after the order is placed, please call us.

Nash Motorcycle Company LLC must be notified within 5 working days of the receipt of a shipment of any shortages or incorrect shipments. If you received the wrong item (different than was originally ordered), we will reimburse you for return shipping costs (standard shipping), and then ship you out the right product. Exchanges are limited to current availability and it is best to check with Nash Motorcycle Company LLC first to make sure item is in stock. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

All prices are subject to change without notice. We do have sales no and again. Most sales are not planned and can happen anytime. We are sorry if you miss a sale or you order something the day before a sale, but the difference will not be credited.

Custom Orders:
All custom orders must be paid for in advance. We will not begin a custom order until 100% of the funds have been received. There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special orders.
